Probate Judge Cornett, Clerk of Court Dwight Wood, Tax Commissioner Keith Echols, Coroner Marion Merk, Surveyor Chris Patton and School Board Member Craig Herrington have not yet qualified to run for re-election.  Remember that the qualification period ends on NOON on Friday, May 2, 2008.  All qualified candidates must bring certified funds or cash (exact amount) to qualify.

The entire state delegation for Hall County has qualified in Atlanta and (so far) they do not have any opposition.  Congratulations to them all for getting the paperwork done early.

Keith dropped by today to qualify to run for re-election as Tax Commissioner this afternoon, but a technicality about the check will make him come back tomorrow to finish the qualifications.
